Leave Enrollment : With NuSmart you can easily define an employees leave entitlement. You can effortlessly set the number of days and the leave types that he is entitled to. You can also use functionalities like Carry Forward and Leave Encashment in the our system. We give you full flexibility to complete the Leave Enrollment process according to your organization's need.

Applying Leaves : Employees can apply leave conveniently with just few clicks using our Mobile App. We have designed the process in such a way that is very simple, efficient and easy to use. You can also set multiple levels of approval and employee can also check the status of their application in mobile app.

Leave management: It is the process used to handle any kind of time off requests and to track time that employees are away from work. If paid time off is offered as a benefit, leave management systems can calculate compensation provided to absent employees and file this information in company records. Software can provide basic guidelines for establishing extended leave policies. The software can automatically keep track of the amount of time that employees are out of work and can report that information as needed or required. Systems alerts can be triggered when set benchmarks are hit.

Leave Approval : When an employee applies leave, it is automatically routed to his line manager for approval. The Manager then can Approve or Reject the leave using either our Mobile App or our Employee Self Service Web Portal. Depending on the leave category it can be synced to payroll as well.

Leave Calendar: The Leave Calendar gives you a visibility of who is one leave in any month selected. This functionality also helps the Manager to get a better view during task allocation to his team members.

Leave Reports: Different Leave reports can be generated like Leave Application report, Leave balance Reports, Leave Enrollment Reports etc.. This allows Employees, Supervisors and HR to have a quick overview of the Leave status, Balance and Entitlements.
