Job Vacancy Creation
Hiring manager can create a job opening request by filling in the job details and required skills on the portal. After submission and approval, HR gets notified to start sourcing candidates. Managers can also add screening questions to find the right CVs.
Job Posting and Candidate Application
Publish openings on external job portals, social media and company website. Applications submitted by candidates will be automatically filtered according to set preferences and questionnaires.
Applicant Tracking System
Handle the complete candidate lifecycle from receiving applications to shortlisting, scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and managing job offers and offer letters. Track the candidate's progress at every stage. Keep the interviewer and candidate updated through email reminders.
